Please help! I think my snake is starving!

So we have had our ball now for over a year and just recently I have noticed the skin looks weird almost sunk in and or wrinkly and yet the ball eats every week. I really worry something may be wrong or maybe I am not feeding enough? Also my ball now likes to come to the top to greet me and has bitten once due to mistaken identity I now wear gloves. Just in case. I want to make sure my ball is doing okay but just looks frightfully skinny or a bad shed?
i am trying to put the pictures up and I can't figure that out either???
    Ahhh!

What are you feeding? Like what size prey?

(Also: What is your humidity, and how often and how well does she shed?)
