If anyone is claiming 30g as smalls I would hope you called them out on it and complained.

.
Maybe, I should clarify a bit. Not that I received bags of 30 gram rats labeled as smalls but rather some here and there as the order has been fed off. However, even at only say 10 percent (possibly higher) of an order, it can be annoying to find 30-40 gram "smalls".

rodent pro does not produce all the rodents they sell. Some of their breeders, unless things have changed, drop ship to you for rodent pro. Depending on who's doing the breeding your quality will vary. I've only heard good things about Loxahatchee and Big Cheese. If you're in So. Cal. I may be able to help you out as well.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

Re: Has RP been slacking?
I was going to say that the difference between a wean and small can be only a few grams based on the chart. But a 30 gram rat being sold as a small comon at least make it somewhat close

I get things from them on and off at expos. So far I have no complaints and would recommend their quail. I usually get my rats from a local breeder or reptile store to keep things spread out.
I did get my last group of fuzzy rats from them and they are just fine.
