There's a high possibility you've heard this already, and hopefully you hear it again in the future, but a word of advice on fattening him up: DO NOT attempt to feed what you feel he 'should' be eating at this point in his life. Feeding too large a prey item to this poor, thin, sickly thing would wreak havoc on his body. Start small, even smaller than you think and make sure he can keep it down without a regurge (which would set him back even further). Try not to interact with him aside from feeding and replacing water for the time being until his physique improves, and best of luck to you.

One hundred and 50 percent agreed! I would start small and slow let him put his weight on naturally, trying to "power" feed an animal in this condition could do horrible things, I would let him take his time and grow at his pace and then he'll turn in to a happy snake . Good luck bud it's going to be a long journey but the reward at the end of that road to get him back to health and see him grow will be so rewarding! Good luck!
