You don't normally provide supplemental heat?

I do use a low watt lamp, but as me and my wife both work I leave at 8 in the morning and not usually home til 1130 at night there's no one home in between to help regulate the heat. I've been looking into heat tape so I can set the temp and not worry as much but I feel with the heat lamp on and it reach 90 in the house alone the temperature may be rising too much. But no signs of anything from my RTB and they're tanks are in the same room.
