Definitely follow all of the advice given. I'd take her out of their possession IMMEDIATELY!! They have literally starved/abused this poor poor snake. They don't need to have any sort of animal in their possession what so ever. What they have done is completely unacceptable. I also wouldn't try putting her in a 41qt. She's so small and probably extremely stressed and covered in stuck shed. Putting her in a smaller tub will help her feel more secure. Please keep us updated on this poor girl.
