Hmm The 10 gallons actually don't have as much ground space as a 41qt. I think it's like 10 inches shorter and 2 inches narrower. Your snake doesn't need the height as much as floor space. I'm also shocked that the humidity is ONLY 60 percent. Can you post pictures so we can see the vent holes? Plastic containers hold humidity really well. I know humidity, I've fought many battles with humidity in various enclosures. How are you measuring the temps also? What is the fluctuation of the ambient temperature in your house? I would go to target and get a 41qt for 9 bucks and puncture a ton of decent sized holes on the top with a drill or wood burner but that's just me. Also you can try feeding him. I'm not sure what other people with more experience would recommend but I have posted that I feed my snakes on day 2 or 3 and no one has corrected me on it yet. I still haven't had the pleasure of buying from a trusted breeder sadly (I will soon) so I never trust the people when they tell me about the snakes eating habits or last meal.
