I have tried that,believe me .First,I tried just leaving it in there overnight.No go.I tried the method you are talking about.He seems to have zero interest in f/t.I've had him since December of 2012.He ate f/t fine,rats and mice,until December of 2013.He then went on a four month hunger strike and ate twice in April.I'm just tired of the hassle.I will still try f/t but may just have to feed live as much as I hate to.It's too stressful for me to have him not eating if I know he will eat live.I feel guilty about making him go hungry for four months when he probably would have eaten live.
