    Hey,
I am new to ball pythons but not to snakes in genaral. Most snakes I House together, if they are the same size, don't have too much trouble with each other but, it still probally a good idea to give each snake its own enclosure if at all possible.

For a name for you chameleon mabey sticky or iggy.

As far as crickets in your computer, I don't think they will cause major damage but not sure on that.

    here ya go!

    http://www.ball-pythons.net/PNphpBB2...ic-t-1771.html

In general it is not a good idea for many reasons, many are discussed in above link.
    1Mainly because it stresses them
2secondly because if one is sick (indicated through examining fecal matter) you won't know which one the feces came from, thus you won't know which is sick meaning you have to take two snakes to the vet and pay one big bill
3thirdly housing two means if one gets sick, both get sick and herp vets ain't cheap or easy to find-4fourthly feeding in cage will not be possible for you as feeding two snakes while in the same enclosure can injure the snakes by missed strikes or struggling prey.

I think ball pythons in particular are a poor choice to put together in the same enclosure, because they are picky eaters as it is without having to deal with a cagemate. All the literature I've read thus far has strongly advised against keeping ball pythons together.

I don't imagine the crix will live for very long in the computer. Lack of food and water will either kill them, or drive them out to look for it somewhere else.

Your computer IS in danger from your crickets. You definitely need to get them out. It is not uncommon for bugs to cause problems with fans, poor connections, even shorts.

yeah, I'd open that puppy up and get the crickets outa there.
Congrats on the Cham! They are cool little guys arent they? Is this your first herp? What kinda cage do you have him in?

Oh and diddo what everyone has said about multiple snakes in one enclosure. Especially if you get them from different places. You need to quarantine all new snakes for at least a month. (Keep them in a very sterile place far away from your other herps) You never know if you new snake has perisites or diseases. Ya wouldnt want to contaminate the rest.

Overclock your PC until the crix are fried If you've not opened your PC case before and tooled around in there - be careful - static kills.

Hey just got to say, Smulkin, your avatar is awesome man! LOL...

Anyway, I always recommend or suggest NOT housing any snakes together. That link that Jonah gave should help you out (plus the things he mentioned). He took the words right out of my mouth.
