    Heat tape..where to buy?

I'm finally getting ready to build a rack for my smaller snakes, and I need some heat tape. I don't have a crimping tool, nor do I really want to have to hook up the connectors for it (shhh, I'm a tad lazy...work smarter, not harder!). I ran across a site a while back that will hook it all up for you before they send it...anyone remember which place does this??

Reptile basics. OR Beanfarm i believe!

You dont need a crimper tool also I just used a locking pair of pliers to squeeze and you slip it under the plastic to touch the copper and crimp it closed with rivets...

But if again you wanna buy pre made. Reptile basics and again Bean farm both do it.

Reptile basics has a really good reputation for giving really good customer service.

Do people still solder the heat tape instead of using the crimper? I've always wondered if it was a safety issue.

Reptile basics and pay them the buck 50 to connect all your tape for you if you want. Otherwise they have a VERY simple connection kit that helps you. This is how I've always done it - no regrets. Great tape.

I figured it all out! Thanks guys! Though if I come back with questions about parallel connections, don't judge me
