Aggressive BP?
A little over a year ago I got my BP Terra. When I was picking her out she was slightly more active than the others and wasn't head shy at all. She's extremely social and doesn't get too nervous around strangers. That's how she's always been. My roommate got her own BP from the same pet store I got mine. It acted the same way Terra did at the store but when we got it home things changed. It has been really aggressive after eating, hisses at me all the time, and strikes at me for walking by. I haven't been bitten by either snake yet and I'm not scared of either one, we just can't figure out why he's acting like this. He is in a 10g for now, while Terra is in a 55g. Any advice? These are our first snakes so we have no experience to go on other than the last year I've had mine.

It might still be hungry. What is it being fed? Also if you try to handle them right after they eat it might still be in feed mode.

I got mine when the local petco put her up for adoption for being 'too aggressive'. She's definitely a bit more nervous than I'd expect a BP to be, but overall very easy to handle until feeding time. My husband is normally okay with my snakes, but won't go near her when it's feeding time.
I normally don't use feeding tubs, but that helped with her. It seems to limit the food-specific striking and nerves to actual feeding time, so there's no real risk of getting bitten just handling her.
