    47 g!

    This little fella was the only survivor from a clutch of 1 egg and 3 slugs. We didn't expect any eggs at all tbh..
    The egg was pretty tiny and so is he, but he's healthy and alert and the incubation went perfect!

    How did u incubate. Is it a normal and why did u think ur batch or eggs come out so bad. Why did u not expect there to be result. Just curious. I would like to learn more

    Yes it's a normal.
    Incubated at 89 F, ca 95% humidity in a DIY incubator made from a broken refrigerator. Using a Microclimate B1 Dimmer stat plus a PC fan and water bottles that gives really steady temps.
    I think the bad results might be because she got sick from a R.I during breeding and had to be in quarantine and recieve shots of Baytril, so we didn't expect her to lay, but she did anyways.
