Humidity spike!

So I had the humidity perfect in my racks. Well for some strange reason my humidity has spiked and it won't get below 75%! Any advice on how to help bring the humidity down? I'm afraid to change the substrate to paper towels or something like that because my female is very picky about her substrate and last time I changed it she went on a hunger strike and I just got her eating again. Idk if the substrate change made her stop, but that was the only change made to her tub.

If you just made the change in substrate I would just give it some time to adjust...

ventilation is the key to controlling humidity. more air passage=lower humdity and vice versa.....

I have vent holes already it has been raining a lit lately I guess I'll just give it time :/

Having a fan in the room will help. If you have a ceiling fan a low speed should work. If not, a small desk fan or oscillating fan on the other side of the room should work. Just do not point it directly at the rack.
