    As long as the prey is warm enough and presented in the manner preferred (zombie dance, hung, left, etc.) the snake should continue to take f/t.

    I use hot water to get the prey hot enough. You want to present the prey as close to live as possible. A mouse has a body temp around 100 so having it a bit warmer then that is great. They start to cool quick so I always feed the more picky snakes first so they get the prey at is warmest.
