Lid or no lid after cutting/pipping?
So we have a clutch pipping any day and we wonder what to do once they start sticking their head out?We can't find this info anywhere, so here goes:In the incubator, do you keep the lid on the box until all the babies are out of the egg? Can they breath that way? We have two air holes in the box, Brian Gundy style

I keep the lid on...I also have 2 small air holes in the egg box.

Lid on. Press and seal off. 2 holes in tub.

So it turns out it was 2 Lessers after all! 
How long does it usually take for them to crawl out once you cut? As i said we cut on day 55.
Appreciate your reply as we're dying from impatience here!

I had one crawl out that night, and the rest trickled out over the next few days.
