There is no "season". Ball pythons breed all year around. Even though technically everyone else's "season" is ending and babies are hatchling, I don't even have eggs yet. Just leave your female with your mojo. When they unlock, put her back in her tub. I would suggest to go ahead and start pairing with your visual hypo if you're ready for babies. Hopefully the mojo won't sire the whole clutch. Next time, put your snakes in same-gender tubs for females or in an empty tub.

Honestly, seasons are just a guide. I breed all year now so my clutches are more spread out. I just had my Pinstripe ovulate. I had a clutch hatch just last month.

Not ball pythons. My Brazilian Rainbows are seasonal because they do need to be cooled for a few weeks, and the house only gets that cold during the winter... unless I want to run up a massive A/C bill.

The only issue with pairing her with your visual hypo now is you won't know if any normals are het hypo or not. But you should still get visual hypos and/or mojaves. I would just consider any normals to be a sort of "phet hypo" but if you sell them, sell them as normals.

Yeah. The hypo don't really fit in my plans I was trying to possibly find him a new home... but if he stays I think I'm going to find a vpi axanthic he is odd.. I'll just ignore the het hypo part of her and instead of the dark female normal he can breed with her
