    BP not striking

Aight so not worried, he is still eating but my BP has taken a lazy approach to feeding time. I take the F/T and dangle it infront and shake it to entice him to eat. My BP just stares at it until I put it down and close the enclosure... then he comes up to it, and just swallows it.
Now since I don't believe the BP to be training me to feed him the way he likes to be fed (don't believe their minds work like that), is he just getting lazy? Or is this a sign of something else being wrong. He has done this past 3 feedings (15 days). Prior he took three feedings with a strike and constrict.

He's fine, I have several that will just eat f/t without bothering to constrict their prey, but if I give them a live one they hit and constrict just fine. Remember in the wild they need to conserve their energy for hunting, breeding, etc. So, they're just happy to take an easy meal.

Sweet, yeah that's what I thought, was just checking that this wasn't a sign of him feeling lethargic from being sick or anything.

Mine has been doing the same thing. I think that if she is eating, she is happy regardless if she constricts it or not.

I have an 1100 gram mojo female that wont strike either so I just toss the FT in and she eats it. LOL they can be weird. Heck I had a 7 foot boa that wouldn't strike either but ate whatever I left for him in the cage. Snakes are weird.

I have one that started taking food of tongs and then just stopped one day and I had to just leave it in there for her and she just comes up and eats it. I think that some just like to eat in privacy
