If she was neglected to the point of having a RI, mouth rot, burns, and at least one retained shed, it is probably safe to assume she was not given access to clean water. I would be worried about dehydration--I know long term dehydration has systemic affects on other reptiles, I wonder what could be going on from that? I think daily soaking is a good idea, just be sure to check the water temperature and replace as needed because water temperature drops quite rapidly. Good luck with her.

I was worried it could be scale rot since we were dealing with mouth rot earlier on.
But she has already had antibiotic for the mouth rot and URI so any scale rot should have been taken care of.

I do believe she was without an adequate and clean water while with her last owner before us.

How are you regulating the heat source, and what are you using to measure temps? It does look like it may be scale rot to me, so I would put her on paper towels and try to keep her dry. I wouldn't soak her, just make sure she has access to a bowl of fresh water.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this, but after regurgitation, you shouldn't offer food for at least two weeks, and the next meal you offer her should be smaller than usual. As others have said, don't try to force feed her again. If you don't already have a scale to keep track of her weight, I would get one. She may not be losing as much as you think.

What type of heat source are you using though? And how is it being regulated?

I've got a heat pad in the corner with water bowl adjacent and a heat lamp in the middle with a hide in the opposite corner.
Heat pad stays around 75, heat lamp keeps the tank up at 85.

It's nearly impossible to get an accurate surface temperature reading from a Petco temperature guage. I can assure you that the heat pad not being regulated is much much hotter than 75 degrees on the surface where the ball actually is. I would invest in thermostats for your reptiles before you end up with a burn.
