Water spots developed

UPDATE:

The one bad egg has got worse, I think it's starting to mold. Smells pretty bad! Is there any hope for it? Or should I just toss it out? Thanks

If it smells bad, it's probably already dead. Feel it, if it's hard, it's dead. If it's squishy, then it's probably alive

Bad smell=dead. Toss it. If you can stomach it, cut the egg open and examine the contents. If the egg were ever a baby, you will find the embryo inside. If there is no embryo, the egg was infertile and you did nothing wrong. May make you feel better. Inside the egg will be a smelly hard yellow glob that separates from the shell very easy. The baby will be along side this glob. I cut into all my eggs gone wrong just to see what may have happened and to learn from that. P.S. Wear gloves.

Thanks for the advice! I ended up cutting it open and this is what I found! I'm guessing it's barely developed as it started to deflate and look bad after only about 2 weeks in the incubator.

Good job, now you know it was surely gone. You can see the baby but it is very very immature so something went wrong very early on. Hope the rest of the clutch hatches out okay for you.

For reference here is a photo of one of my fertilized eggs gone bad a week into incubation. (There is also a slug in the photo).
