    Well if its 100% a she, that could be signes of a early "feeding strike" mine usually hit around 900-1100 and go off feed for 2-3 months.

    -Has she eaten for you at all?
    - If FT do you take out immidatly? If so try leaving in over night
    - Call seller and ask for a pick of what her setup is like there (if you didnt see) and try to replicate it.
    -If all else false, he may possibly exchange animal
