Need verification on a Trick Ball Python

    Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a Trick, but wanted to see what you guys think and if she is actually a trick. I'm completely new to ball python morphs so I don't know specific markers to look for. While comparing pictures she looks somewhere inbetween a black pastel and a trick to me. She seems to have Trick markers on her "stripe" but lacks the markers on the sides.

    Thanks in advance!

The alien heads seem to be the easiest thing to spot with Tricks. I only see a little bit of the "noise" that usually shows in Trick alien heads. Also only see a slight bit of the curly tops usually seen. It certainly could be a Trick, but I would think it would be considered a fairly subtle one. It certainly doesn't scream Trick.

Thanks! Can anyone add to this? >.< Been mind-boggling over this for a while. I've seen some "black pastels" with wriggly tops too, so I'm a little worried :/

Is the variation inheritable or is it random? Aka, would I be able to get a more extreme looking trick from her clutch?

I believe it is random...Gary has made crazy looking Tricks and average Tricks all from his Original male...Not all, but a good portion of Tricks come from Gary's Original Black Pastel Trick...

Thanks, that puts my mind at ease. Now to figure out what I want to pair her with in the future... seems like there's always something mind-boggling in this hobby hehe
