For really heavy scratches you may need to use a buffing compound or a really fine grit sand paper to even out the surface first before useing these polishes unless you have a buffer or something of the sort this is going to take allot of elbow grease good luck! the buffing coumpound can be found here http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=168&
