They'll poop in their hide and sit right next to it and not be bothered. Also, you can take her out to clean up after her if you want. You don't have to wait 72 hours. I wouldn't recommend taking her for a walk in the park, but limited handling will not harm her a bit.
As far as feeding size..."rat baby" doesn't really tell us much. Next feeding take a pic and we'll be able to tell you if it looks about right...

! Since I do not want to bother or handle her when she is digesting her meal, I am wondering if she might have had a BM in her hide? If she did, would she still feel the need to stay in her hide? I do not want her to get sick by chilling in an area with poop in it. I usually wait 72 hours before I handle her so hopefully she is not spending that much time sitting in her feces.
