    Have no idea as far as what might be going on, but I would just stick to basic first aid until you can get her to a vet. Keep her warm, however you can, put her on a towel placed over a heating pad and put her somewhere dark and quiet. Make sure she can get to water, if she cant offer it to her with a syringe, often. I would not feed since she's convulsing, idk how long it's been since she's eaten, obviously that's up to your judgement. Get her to a vet asap. Sorry I'm not any more help, hope it turns out well.
