worried ...feeder size to big?

since my feeder supplier cant give me rats and i cant find anything else right now in the country . i got my blood a guineea pig. my blood's weight is 2kg and the guineea pig is 400 grams. so this means the feeder is 20% of the blood's weight. i also measured the circumference from the blood's thickest body and its the same as the guineea pig. he ate it in 15 min .i usualy gave him 200-250 gram rats, that was 3-4 montgs gi. i never seen him stretched so much . now i am worried it can happen something to my blood.damn it i had no other choice i didnt feed him for like 3-4 months becose i didnt have where to buy the feeders. so 20% of his weight and same circumference .... is this to much to handle for his body? the theoretical facts i know pretty much are ok or at limit . but its such a big bump on his body . he wont blow up right? i mean if he cant handle it he will regurgitate it right ? donno...kinda in panic mode. whats your impression about this? can he handle it? am i worried for nothing? and what feeder size should i use for a 2kg blood?

Hmm, that's a full tummy for sure. But I think as long as you gently set that big baby on his hot spot and let him digest for days he will be fine. I have given my ball pythons, Burmese and other snakes incorrect sized meals at times- just barely off but still incorrect for whatever reason, and they managed just fine. Just let him sit. Make sure he has a lot of water, good heat, peace and he'll digest it just fine. At least that is what I think. I hope others chime in as well to help here, I don't want to be the only voice.

Looks OK to me. Different story if it was a Suri BCC. But a blood python should have no issues.

He should be fine as others have said. I'd bump his temp up to 84-85 range.

Raise his heat......that's a sign that the food is rotting inside of him. Looks almost like a gas bubble. What is his temp at now?

rotting in like 24 hours? temp now is 85.can anything bad happen?

Leave a dead rat/mouse/gp out for 24 hours and see how fast it will rot. Bump up the temps as suggested so your blood can digest its meal a little quicker.
