So my wife caught a lizard in our back yard wondering if anyone knows what kind of lizard it is. I'm in az btw if that helps.

It almost looks like a Mediterranean Gecko, but that is just a guess. Has it made any noises that sound like chirping?

Definitely looks like some kind of gecko to me. A super cute one that's all I know haha 😊

jclaiborne is spot on. I've caught these here myself. They're a non-native species, and are found mostly in developed areas. They don't seem to do any harm other than possibly eating a few bugs that a native species would ordinarily get to first. Congrats!
