On another note, is it normal for those Mojave eyes to look blue? (I'm not a morph expert)
Anyway, to me, it sort of looks an incubation issue may have hindered the production of melanin in snake, which would explain the white patches and lighter color. Or if you're lucky, it's not an incubation issue but a genetic mutation. But again, refer to step one.
