Belly is clean, do you have more pictures?

Yes those are markers similar to het pied markers but it does not mean anything, I have seen normal with similar markers and het pieds without markers.
The only way to tell would be to breed him but I don't know many people who would waste their time breeding a male like this considering the prices of guaranteed Het Pieds

Re: I have a normal and am suspicious of het pied markers. Do you he's got them?
Only way to know is to breed him, but I would suspect normal. This is a normal I produced, no pied genes in him even though he has great markers and was even a ringer. I wouldnt get your hopes up.

I agree. Could be. But I would assume it's not. And het male pieds are so cheap I wouldn't even bother trying to prove him out. That clutch would be better sired by a 100% het.

Right, I have no intention of breeding him to try and prove it out, although it could be fun if I got lucky. I would like to breed him in the future to a dominant gene female, like a pastel or pinistripe. I just wondered what y'all thought.

Hi, my het pieds have speckled bellies and markers, not sure if the speckles are indicative.
