Iud is a good thing. You don't need 5 mouths to feed.

At the risk of possible TMI...I have an IUD and have for 4 years...it's no big deal. I did a ton of research before getting one, too (I wanted to be "fixed" but no Dr. will do it since I don't have kids).I will never go back to taking pills again.

The only reason I hate them so much is because my baby momma had one and it really messed with her hormones.

See, that is what the pill does to me. Twice, I've tried to find one I can take, and all of the ones I've tried (4 different ones) make me depressed to the point of being suicidal, and just generally completely insane. I mean, it was really, really unbelievably bad, so I'll never try that again. I have the hormone releasing IUD, too, because I'm allergic to nickle, and it has been fine. I'm sure they don't work for everyone, but they are not always that bad.

Nope. They aren't bad at all. I'm on my second one.
