Questionable shedding with my BP. Humidity question

    Hey all,
I think that my BP is in shed. Not sure though. To be on the safe side, I increased the humidity to 70% and spray her once a day for two days now. Today, I put in a humidified hide on the cool side with moist sphagnum moss inside. Since I am unsure if she is in shed, should I skip the spraying and decrease the humidity to 50-60% in her enclosure? Since the humidified hide is in place, I figure she will hang out in there if she feels dehydrated.
I am a little worried that some health issues will arise with too much moisture on her body and in the enclosure.
Please, let me know your thoughts.
    Thank you!

As long as there isn't standing water forming, keeping it around 70% humidity when shedding will be just fine.
