I was reading the medical section about regurgitation and it said;

There are many reasons why your herp is vomiting or regurgitating. Some of which include: handling too much,

How much handelingi s too much?

Good question. I would assume that refers to too much handling after a feeding. Generally, after a snake eats, you should wait 48-72 hours before handling (48 is usually sufficient, sometimes less) to give the meal time to "gel."

Oh, ok cool. Wanted to make sure like it didn't mean like you could only handle your snake at certain times during the week or somehting.

I would say it's a good idea not to handle it for a while after you get it to so it can settle into his new home. Handling too much at first can cause stress. When I got my snake, I waited until he had eaten a couple of times successfully before I started handling him. Then I gradually started handling him more.

I did what Gen said as well and it's worked out fine, my boy hasn't missed a meal since his first two. Time to acclimate is very important - just like Gen said
