I eventually got them to let me upgrade and he is now living in a heated, planted, filtered, ten gallon, with a couple of African dwarf frogs. I got them all from a family owned local shop. I refuse to buy anything but flea shampoo from PetCo/PetSmart, and that's only because that's the only place nearby that sells that particular kind. Everything else I buy online or at local stores but I use the flea shampoo so rarely I just figured I may as well just buy it there, since shipping will just make it cost more it get a smaller order.
