Moving snakes

Best thing is to get them secure in a snake bag or pillow case and placed them in a styrofoam cooler or shipping box.

+1 For this.

Two years ago I moved form Phoenix to St. Louis with nine snakes.

-A decent sized Styrofoam cooler.
-Individual Pillow Cases (Really cheap at Goodwill, but please wash first)
-Some hot hands (taped to the lid)
-A thermometer/temp gauge.

Stuck them in there and kept the temps reasonable. Everyone was fine.
