    Help! I came home to a pretty bad burn on my female ball python.

    What should i do? I rubbed some zinc ointment on it

    What are you using to heat your enclosure? And that's probably worth a vet visit.

    Somehow your thermostat malfunctioned, is there a high/ low check on your thermostat or thermometer?
