Powerline, op was referring to thermometers, not t-stats. I just use the $12 walmart ones, they seem to work well enough for me. Humidity, and two separate temp readings. I also have a couple exoterra units, and they seem to work alright.

That's just my 2 cents, thermometers are good if left in enclosure because they time for there readings, my Temp gun has served me well for the 30$ it costs! best investment other then herpstat! or well snakes themselves
