Personally, I would probably go the tripe gene male route. If you put her to the pied male, you'd know exactly what the babies would be (all pastel het pieds), while if you put her to a tripe gene male, there would be a lot more diversity (and uncertainty) in the clutch. (And it's a good excuse to buy a new snake )

Obviously, it depends on what you like and want. I just think it would be more fun and exciting to not know what the babies would look like before they hatched out. Also, if it's your first time breeding, it may be more difficult to sell hatchlings that are het pied if you aren't an established breeder.
