You could move the water bowl closer to the heat source, you could dampen the substrate or you can mist the vivarium That temp for ambient should be a little bit warmer maybe.

EDIT: Just read your OP, you can also cover the mesh on the top with some tin foil to keep humidity in. Don't cover it all, let some air flow.
