...snake keeper. We have had a great few days. Saturday Bob had a complete shed with no help. Then today the best news of all Bob ate his first f/t rat. Yes ladies and gentleman I said rat. Bob has not eaten for about 5 weeks now. My hubby was so excited he ran out side to tell me. I think he almost jumped up and down. The rat was scented ala gerbil, but he ate it. Yeah Yeah Yeah. We are doing the happy dance tonight.

Thanks for all the wishes. I am so proud for my hubby. It is one less thing that he has to worry about. He has been really freaking out since he hasn't eaten.

Thanks guys, since he just finished shedding on Saturday I thought we would give it a go. Nanners is on F/T so I thought ehh what the heck and I got one for Bob.

Well I thawed it in a ziplock sandwich bag with some gerbil helper (used gerbil bedding) and did the rat dance with the tongs and boom he nailed it.
It almost twisted the tongs out of my hand lol.

So we are eating again and all is well in Whoville :lol:
