He's right, a drop in barometric pressure with advancing storms can be a major catalyst for breeding. Works quite often in my experience. I'd keep them separate and watch the weather forecast and pair them the day before a rainstorm. Not sure fire and unfortunately sometimes they just won't go. I've had several males go dormant this season, happens every year. And my severe case was my Lav-Albino PH Dream. She took five years, never once locking or showing any interest in the Double Het male. Almost gave up, but this season I started her a couple months early and recorded -18- locks. Go figure. Mother nature holds all the cards, so be patient, they'll go eventually. Good luck.
