    Yes, "normal" or typical I think
    Mine definitely throws his food around. Some days he's smarter than others and uses gravity to his advantage. And others... well, the head of the rat is sticking out of his mouth, instead of the tail. AND he's picky.
    Wish he would eat like my corn. I just throw hers (thawed, but no need of warming) into a container and away she goes instantly. But, then he wouldn't be him and it wouldn't be so interesting.


    I think we should all just be so happy that they do have their own personalities!
