Hey guys. I got my first BP about a month and a half ago, a pastel. I am enjoying caring for him and I find the breeding hobby fascinating, it's something I think I would like to slowly get involved with, I just have a few questions. How difficult is it to get BP to breed? Not difficult at all once they're old enough. At what point-in terms of number of snakes- should I get a rack setup? I'd recommend a rack right off the bat. You can get a rack that houses as few as 3 snakes on up. Is it possible to breed them at any time of the year? Yes. And accounting for the fact that morphs are different, how difficult is it to sell the offspring? For me, nearly impossible. Others seem to have no problem. I wouldn't end up keeping them regardless, unless I wanted to, as I know many snake enthusiasts, both friends and friends of friends. Then you should have no problem finding homes for your babies...but I guarantee you'll want to keep some. Thanks in advance!
