Looking at all the photos listed on WOBP between the two they are similar. The amount of contrast variations on the Highway looks so close to the Freeway that I would call them the same. Prove it wrong and make a super form and lets see from there.
Call me whatever but again everyone wants to slap a name on this and that. At least they are the same "way"
