Is this an early sign of scale rot?
"Struggles" (named for how she struggles when she eats) is currently living in a 20 gal tank. Temps are 89 hot, 79 cool, and 62% humidity.
I tried to raise the humidity last week to around 70, because I read on the forums that higher humidity would definitely help with the shedding. I added just under a handful of sphagnum moss once I saw the beginning signs(pink belly and dull scale color). She hasn't shed, and now I'm worried about the discoloration I found on her belly.

This isn't the best picture, but she's just been fed and didn't want to bother her
Thanks everyone in advance for your opinion.

Looks like a upcoming shed to me.
First they get a reddish/pink belly and they start to get dull. The belly color goes away and they start to "blue." That's what it is called when they get the foggy tint to their skin. They will then clear up and a couple days later shed.
Keep your humidity up and all should be fine.

I agree on the shed, probably just pink belly. Keep an eye on it, and look for signs of shedding in the next couple of weeks. For now, I wouldn't worry too much, unless you notice scales getting noticeably worse. Some of my snakes bellys get really pink during shed, one of my males is super pink right now.

Thanks for the advice! However, do you guys think the little yellowish coloring also normal? :/
