Just because you pair them up and see locks does not mean you will get eggs. Doesn't necessarily mean one or both are sterile either. If you've been pairing them up since December and have had no luck, I'd just get them back on feed (if they're not already) and plan to pair them up again at the end of this year. Them's the breaks...
