since you are having no problems with Plop's feeding response, i suggest not trying to change his diet. once he tries asf, there's a possibility that he won't want any more rats or mice.

I have been wanting to switch to ASF in general though. They are a good size for any snake i would ever get, they smell less, and they breed fairly quickly. I had a little colony of them a couple years ago, they are also a lot of fun to just watch in general. I wouldnt be switching to them right away, because i need to get established, and he would be feeding on juvies at this point, so i would need to raise them up. lol. And as long as i am breeding them for my friend's BP, who hasnt fed in quite a while, i may as well feed them to Plop, and she also has an adult corn who would happily switch over to ASF. That corn would eat the tongs if you let her.. lol!
