Male to female size ratio
I'm new to the BP world for about the last year, I've been contemplating if I want to start breeding. My question is is there a proper size ratio between male and female for breeding? Or if both are of breeding size no matter the size difference they could still breed?

Just use "common sense" in reference to the term "sexual maturity",no matter the species, and you will be able to answer your own question.

Well I don't see any need to treat that like a dumb question. If you're looking for a straight answer, and I assume you are, simply put, your last sentence is the correct one. As long as they are both sexually mature, and breeding size, a size disparity between the two is usually not a problem.

the male is usually a bit smaller and sometimes a lot smaller.
breeders will tell you that for good results, the female needs to be above a certain age and weight, and the male needs to be above a certain age and weight. if they are too young, nothing will happen, and they need some weight reserves because they may go off feed, and the female needs additional energy reserves on top of that, for egg production.
it shouldnt be hard to find these 4 numbers. if i remember correctly, for females the minimum was something like 1400-1600 grams, and 2 years of age, and for males both numbers are much lower. but that will vary depending on who you ask.
apart from that, other factors like age or weight difference between the two, seem to be irrelevant.
The Big Bang almost certainly (beyond reasonable doubt) happened 13.7 billion years ago. If you disagree, send me a PM.
Evolution is a fact, evolutionary theory explains why it happens and provides four different lines of evidence that coalesce to show that evolution is a fact. If you disagree, send me a PM.
One third of the global economy relies on technology that is based on quantum mechanics, especially quantum electrodynamics (electron-photon or electron-electron interactions). If you disagree, send me a PM.
Time Dilation is real, it is so real that all clocks if they are precise enough can measure it, and GPS could not possibly work without it. If you disagree, send me a PM.

That's about the size of it. (see what I did there?)
Females usually around 1500 grams, give or take, and also need to be about 3 years old. Males can breed as soon as they're producing sperm plugs, which can begin anywhere from about 500-800 grams. I've heard of them starting to produce as small as 400 grams, but I personally would not breed one that small.

Re: Male to female size ratio
Like what I went was say you had a 600 gram male and a huge lets say 2500+ gram girl would there be any difficulties breeding them?

I have seen it done before, but I'm finding that younger males tend to have a little trouble finding the, um, "entry point" when they're trying to lock up, so the bigger the female is for him, the more difficulty he's going to have. But it will not hurt either one of them if he does manage to get in.

i agree. they are not agressive or cannibalistic. so the worst thing that can happen, in this case, is that nothing happens. and there are many cases where it worked out just fine.

I have males in the 500 / 600 range paired with females in the 2500 / 4000 range without any issue.
Size is not what matters, being mature sexually and interested is, and if your male is he will find a way.
