    Crystal Ball Python

I'm doing a bad, bad thing. I've fallen in love with crystals and there's no turning back. Must have one. I emailed a guy today about a little girl he has available. Does anyone on here have this morph? If so, I'd love to see pictures, especially of any adults. What would/do you pair them with? Questions!

I wish sometimes that I was taken with corn snakes. Much, MUCH cheaper

I don't own any, but from what I have seen, they get better with age. Personally I'd like to see some pattern morphs mixed with them, especially clown. I'd bet it would be one hot snake.

From what I've seen, I think they do best with pattern morphs, that's just my opinion though, I think the crystal super stripe looks great, but Thats recessive... But no matter how you spin the coin, it's a longer term project anyway.

While there isn't anything recessive in that, I would be interested in pics, if you happen to have a link?

Whoops im sorry, I meant because of the Mojave and special, if he wanted that crystal look, in order to get at least those two and another gene in there it would take a couple clutches

you could throw mocha into the mix, since latte (super mocha) and leche (mocha phantom) really remind me of crystals. and its the same gene complex so they will be compatible. then there is the pure form, the super special. or you could go for het russo leucistic / white diamond.

and with all of these, you can go for a pure super form, or for a combo with mystic/phantom, or for a combo with mojave, or you can combine them with each other. mocha russo. mocha special. special russo.

it makes you wonder how many of these genes are TRULY different.

    Re: Crystal Ball Python

I *technically* own one, but she and I live in different states. Bought her right before the deep freeze set in and am waiting for warmer temps at her origin/shipping hub. I plan to put her with my calico pastave eventually, and maybe hatch out a pastel crystal or calico crystal. But first I'm just going to admire her when she finally gets here.

UGH. They are so flawless. The guy is allowing me to break up payments, so this is definitely happening. So nice of him. This is a morph that would be out of my price range as one lump sum.
