I would place the questionable egg in a separate tub. I have one egg from a 7 egg clutch that does not candle well, but it appears fine. After 3 weeks in the incubator if there are no veins it will be disposed of. Generally at 3 weeks from my experience you can see the babies moving inside the egg when you candle them.
