It might be a bumble bee. The only reason im saying this, is my bumble looks a very similar, especially with the white head thing. The photos im taking right now are more orangish due to the warm lamp. The image OP posted looks a little too blue. Maybe im wrong though.
I'll try to take one in the daylight tomorrow. Lighting plays a major role in identifying morphs from photos.
