Ball Python Shipment arrived...PLEASE HELP

See I don't BELIEVE she was SHIPPED with a pro existing condition as that would be just...horrible. I went on BHBs word that it would clear up, (my mistake #1,i immediately should have done more). But there was no excuse for not just taking her to a vet in my area, no excuses will be made on my end for that. I did trust that what we were told would have fixed it, as after the first few days she started to move around.

So my conclusion from this is that BHB DID screw up and ship when they shouldn't have, but you let the snake die by not taking it to the vet.

And now he's getting a female lesser from BHB as replacement and a free mystic pin from Jon.

My advice is if either one arrives with any issues, PLEASE take it to a vet right away and don't wait.

When I had my issue of my snake dying it showed no issues what so ever and I was still lynched by people for not getting a necropsy done. This forums' double standards baffle me lol.

I agree , I'm not blameless and like I said, I accept that responsibility and will not make the same mistake twice. I blindly expected it to get better after hearing it may take a couple days to get better. I second guessed and it could have been avoided

I have a company and believe me, when there is a fire, I am the one that puts it out. I have a roofing company. If a customer calls and says they have a leak I call them immediately. Many times I have tarped a roof, in the rain, in the middle of the night. That is just part of customer service. I have nothing against Brian. I love watching his videos and admire the business he has built. I also know that we have only heard one side of the story. If the op was lying, I would have already been on here defending myself. I know Brian is very busy, but I'm sure he cares about the reputation of HIS company. All I'm saying is I would have put this fire out 10 days ago, before it turned into a BOI like thread...

Ya it's gotten out of hand and over something I didn't intend to be a bashing of BHB. I apologize to everyone for turning this thread in that direction and I appreciate everyone's help very greatly.

Well now that the truth is out we can't put all the blame on BHB. I mean you lied about something pretty major so it's hard to believe your story now. For me at least, there's plenty of other bleeding hearts on here who still do though, I'm sure.

The female lessers at the last show I went to were 125-150. The most expensive one I saw was only 180.
