I have a company and believe me, when there is a fire, I am the one that puts it out. I have a roofing company. If a customer calls and says they have a leak I call them immediately. Many times I have tarped a roof, in the rain, in the middle of the night. That is just part of customer service. I have nothing against Brian. I love watching his videos and admire the business he has built. I also know that we have only heard one side of the story. If the op was lying, I would have already been on here defending myself.
